An Effective Way to Solve the Financing Difficulties of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises under the New Situation ——On Financial Leasing

当前,融资困难是中小企业面临的发展困境之一。如何破解这一难题,研究者给出了很多解决途径。笔者根据自己多年的融资从业经验,认为融资租赁是我国中小企业解决融资困难的有效途径之一。本文首先分析了我国中小企业产生融资困难的原因,在分析融资租赁优点的基础上,结合自己多年的融资租赁实践经验,提出了中小企业进行融资租赁的原则及具体做法。

At present, financing difficulties is one of the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises. Researchers have given a lot of solutions to how to solve this problem. According to the author＇s many years of financing experience, I believe that financial leasing is one of the effective ways to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in china. This paper first analyzes the causes of financing difficulties for SMEs in china. Based on the analysis of the advantages of financial leasing, combined with many years of practical experience in financial leasing, this paper puts forward the principles and specific practices of SME financing lease.
