探讨胃食管反流病治疗方法在咽喉反流性疾病治疗中的疗效

Treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease

目的探讨胃食管反流病的治疗方法在咽喉反流性疾病治疗中的疗效。方法98例咽喉反流性疾病（以慢性咽喉炎症状为主要临床表现）患者，分为实验组和对照组，各49例；对照组采用慢性咽喉炎常规治疗方法，实验组采用胃食管反流病治疗方法，疗程均为12周，对比两组治疗后总有效率。结果实验组的总有效率为87．76％，对照组的总有效率为26．53％，实验组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应发生。结论胃食管反流病治疗方法在治疗咽喉反流性疾病中疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. Methods 98 patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease whose main clinical manifestation was chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 49 for each group. The control group were treated with routine treatment of chronic pharyngitis and the experimental group with treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, for 12 weeks. After the treatment, the treatment effects were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was 87.76% in the experimental group and was 26.53% in the the control group, with a statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） . No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment. Conclusions Treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease is effective and can obviously improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
