心血管内科护理中不安全因素研究

Unsafe factors of nursing care at cardiovascular department

目的探讨分析心血管内科护理中不安全因素，然后提出相应的防范措施。方法将本院2015年4月至2016年8月收治的85例心血管疾病患者作为调查对象，回顾分析患者病历资料，并对患者及护理人员实施问卷调查，分析心血管患者内科护理中的不安全因素，给予相应的防范对策。结果心血管内科护理中的不安全因素主要是医院、护理人员及患者自身；依据对患者及护理人员的问卷调查发现，护理人员缺少护理有关专业知识比例最大，占比92．94％（79／85）。结论心血管内科护理中不安全因素主要是医院、护理人员及病患自身，针对心血管内科护理中不安全因素应制定相应的防范措施，提高护理水平及患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the unsafe factors of nursing care in cardiovascular medicine and to put forward some corresponding preventive measures. Methods 85 patients with cardiovascular diseases treated at our hospital from April, 2015 to August, 2016 were chosen as the investigation objects. The patients＇ medical records were retrospectively analyzed. The patients and nursing staff were surveyed by questionnaire. The unsafe factors of the nursing care were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were given. Results The unsafe factors mainly included the hospital, the nursing staff, and the patients themselves. The survey found that the nursing staff＇s lack of professional knowledge took a great proportion, accounting for 92.94% （79/85）. Conclusions The main unsafe factors of nursing care in cardiovascular medicine are hospital, nursing staff and patients themselves. Therefore, corresponding preventive measures should be formulated so as to increase the nursing level and the patients＇ satisfaction.
