New Model of Rural Public Cultural Service——Development Conception of “Flowing Rural Library”

农家书屋工程建设是推进我国城乡基本公共文化服务标准化、均等化的一种重要手段。为使农家书屋能长效、健康地发展,本文提出建立"流动的农家书屋"的服务模式构想,并对其四个发展阶段做了详细深入的探讨和论述。

It is an important decision of the Party Central Committee to speed up the construction of the public cultural service system covering the whole society.The project of rural library is an important tool for promoting standardization and equal access to our urban and rural public cultural service.Setting up ＂Flowing Rural Library＂ is an effective method to promote the sustainable development of rural library.Meanwhile,the development of four different stages are explored in depth.
