摘要
在对微信和微信平台概念、图书馆微信平台特点、用户接受行为概念和技术接受模型方面进行阐述的基础上,详细分析了高校图书馆微信平台信息服务的影响因素,如包含感知有用性、易用性和趣味性的主观因素和包含信息质量、服务质量和平台质量的客观因素;然后从中介变量和外部质量的相关假设,构建了用户接受程度较高的图书馆微信平台模型。
The library WeChat platform is a new way providing information to the readers by the digital library.It is a new service platform built on the WeChat platform aiming to solve the limitations of the traditional library in time and space.Based on the concept of the WeChat and WeChat public platform,characteristics of university library,user acceptance behavior concept,technology acceptance model and other related theories,this article makes a deep analysis on the factors influencing the service quality of university library WeChat platform,and constructs a library WeChat platform model of high user acceptance degree.
