摘要
ERF家族是植物特殊的一类转录因子。ERF蛋白通过其结构域与不同顺式作用元件相互作用从而来激活或抑制靶标基因,在植物抗病、抗逆反应中都起到重要作用。本研究通过PCR扩增了马铃薯EFR基因家族的一员Pti5基因,并通过酶切、连接把Pti5基因片段克隆到质粒pCAMBIA1301上,构建了Pti5转基因过表达载体,为Pti5基因转化及后续的功能鉴定奠定了基础。
The ERF family is a special class of transcription factors. The domain of ERF protein interacts with different cis-elements to activate or inhibit the expression of target genes, and plays an important role in plant disease resistance and anti-reverse reaction. Pti5, an EFR gene family member of potato was amplified by PCR and cloned into plasmid p CAMBIA1301 by enzyme digestion and linkage in this study. The construction of transgenic expression vector laid the foundation for the transformation of Pti5 gene and subsequent functional identification.
