摘要
生物芯片技术自上个世纪90年代诞生以来,在生物科研方面该技术起到了越来越重要的作用并且得到了国内外的广泛重视。本研究先对生物芯片各个主要分类进行详细介绍,说明相关原理,结合国内外近年来最新的科研报道进行总结,根据该技术在测序,基因表达,抗病机理等研究中的巨大作用,对生物芯片技术在植物分子生物研究中的不同领域、不同层面、实验技术方法以及研究策略上进行阐述。
Since 1990, bio-chip technol ogy has played an increasingly important role in biology research and received wide attention in both at home and abroad. This research firstly introduced the main classification of biological chips in detail and explained the relevant principles. In term summary of the latest research reported at home and abroad in recent years. We elaborated the different fields, different levels, experimental techniques and research strategies of biochip technology in plant molecular biology research according to the great role of the technology played in the sequencing, gene expression, disease resistance and other research.
