摘要
本研究应用ISSR分子标记技术对所收集的30份丝瓜资源进行亲缘关系分析。从99对引物中筛选出16对引物进行条带扩增,共扩增出166条条带,其中多态性带有144条,多态性比例为86.75%。30份丝瓜资源的遗传相似系数0.313~0.951之间,春研三号丝瓜和纯英早青肉丝瓜材料亲缘关系最近,遗传相似系数为0.951,而泉州延陵丝瓜与六叶香棱丝瓜材料间亲缘关系最远,为0.313。在基因相似系数DS=0.313阈值处被分为两大类:普通丝瓜和有棱丝瓜。这和田间调查的结果一致。
Phylogenetic analysis of 30 Luffa resources collected by the research and application of ISSR molecular marker technology. From 99 to 16 pairs of primers were selected out of band amplified primers, 166 bands were amplified polymorphic bands with 144, the ratio of 86.75%. 30 genetic polymorphism of Luffa resources similarity coefficient 0.313~0.951 between them, the spring research No.3 and pure English as early as the green meat loofah variety between the highest similarity, genetic similarity coefficient is more than 0.951,while Quanzhou Yanling gourd and six leaf fragrant Luffa varieties two lowest similarity to 0.313. In the base because of the similarity coefficient DS=0.313 threshold is mainly divided into two categories, namely Luffa and Luffa acutangula. This result is consistent with the division of production.
