人工栽培鸡血藤中五种黄酮类物质含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 本研究对人工栽培鸡血藤中5种黄酮成分测定,筛选出最优测定方法,以评价鸡血藤药材的质量。利用超声波提取法及固相萃取法对中草药鸡血藤进行提取与纯化,运用高效液相色谱仪对鸡血藤黄酮成分进行了分离与测定,通过EXCEL和IBM SPSS Statistics软件进行含量差异比较。结果表明:大豆苷元在广西贺州5~6年生密花豆成熟叶片中含量最高,达0.092 9 mg/m L,甘草素在四川3~5年生厚果鸡血藤茎中含量最高,达0.158 5 mg/m L,异甘草素在云南楚雄3~5年生崖豆藤茎中含量最高,达1.749 8 mg/m L,毛蕊异黄酮在四川3~5年生厚果鸡血藤茎中含量最高,达33.171 0 mg/m L,芦丁在广西贺州5~6年生密花豆成熟叶片中含量最高,达10.335 3 mg/m L。说明不同产地鸡血藤同一生长器官与同一产地的鸡血藤茎和成熟叶中的黄酮类物质种类与含量有所差异,从而为鸡血藤药材质量研究提供了实验依据。 In this stud y, five flavonoids in cultivated Spatholobus suberectus were determined and the optimal method was selected to evaluate the quality of Spatholobus suberectus. Ultrasonic extraction and solid phase extraction were used to extract and purify the Spatholobus suberectus Dunn components. The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was used to separate the components, and the content differences were compared by EXCEL and IBM SPSS statistics software. The result showed that the content of Daidzein in Hezhou of Guangxi Province 5-6 years old Spatholobus suberectus Dunn mature leaves was the highest, reaching to0.092 9 mg/m L; the content of glycyrrhizin in Sichuan Province 3-5 years old Millettia pachycarin stem was the highest, reaching to 0.158 5 mg/m L; the content of ISL in Chuxiong of Yunnan Province 3-5 years Millettia dielsiana stem was the highest, reaching to 1.749 8 mg/m L; the content of calycosin in Sichuan Province 3-5 years old Millettia pachycarin stem was the highest, reaching to 33.171 0 mg/m L; the content of rutin in Hezhou of Guangxi Province 5-6 years Spatholobus suberectus Dunn mature leaves was the highest, reaching to 10.335 3 mg/m L.It showed that the same growing organ of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn from same origin and the stems and mature leaves of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn from same origin had differences in flavonoids content and class, so as to provide experimental basis for the Spatholobus suberectus Dunn quality study.
