一起诺如病毒引起的感染性腹泻暴发疫情调查分析 被引量:4

Investigation and analysis of an outbreak of infectious diarrhea caused by norovirus

摘要 目的分析集体单位发生诺如病毒感染性腹泻的流行特征,为预防、控制此类疫情提供科学依据。方法收集2017年3月1日至3月15日,某校医院接诊的所有腹泻病例信息,采用现场和回顾性流行病学调查方法,结合生物和环境样本实验室检测。结果此次疫情历时15 d,累计发病110例,罹患率1.06%。经对病例及食堂从业人员的180份生物样本检测,诺如病毒核酸检测阳性29份,其中学生病例粪检阳性8份,阳性率42.11%(8/19),食堂从业人员粪检阳性21份,阳性率13.04%(21/161)。结论食堂从业人员诺如病毒隐性感染是导致此次疫情爆发的主要原因。 Objective To explore epidemiological characteristics of Norovirus enteritis outbreak in collective unit,and provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling outbreak. Methods We collected all cases of diarrhea information from a school hospital during March 1 to March 15 th in 2017. The scene and a retrospective epidemiological investigation method was used,combined with the laboratory tests of biological and environmental samples. Results The epidemic lasted 15 days,with 110 cases and attack rate had reached 1. 06%. After testing 180 biological samples from patients and canteen staff,Norovirus nucleic acid tests were positive in 29 copies,including 8 students with positive rate of 42. 11%( 8/19),21 canteen staff with positive rate of 13. 04%( 21/161). Conclusion The latent infection of norovirus in canteen workers is the main cause of the outbreak.
