原发性青光眼标准白-白视野和脉冲视野检查对比

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF WHITE-ON-WHITE PERIMETRY AND PULSAR PERIMETRY IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY GLAUCOMA

目的比较原发性青光眼标准白-白视野和脉冲视野检查的视野指数及测试时间之间的差异。方法收集我院确诊的、有视野缺损的原发性青光眼病人36例44只眼,分别随机进行标准白-白视野检查以及脉冲视野检查,两次检查间隔30min,比较两种视野检查的平均缺损(MD)值、丢失方差平方根(sLV)值及测试时间的差异。结果脉冲视野检查的MD值、sLV值低于标准白-白视野检查,测试时间明显短于标准白-白视野检查,差异有显著性(t=13.585~16.245,P<0.05)。结论原发性青光眼视野检查中,脉冲视野检查指数和标准白-白视野检查指数存在显著差异,且脉冲视野的测试时间较短。

Objective To investigate the differences in visual field indices and test time between white-on-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry in patients with primary glaucoma. Methods A total of 36 patients（44 eyes）with primary glaucoma and visual field defect who were diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled and underwent white-on-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry at an interval of 30 min.The differences in mean defect（MD）,square root of loss variance（sLV）,and test time were analyzed.Results Pulsar perimetry had significantly lower MD and sLV and a significantly shorter test time than white-on-white perimetry（t=13.585-16.245,P0.05）. Conclusion There are significant differences in visual field indices and test time between whiteon-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry in patients with primary glaucoma,and pulsar perimetry has a shorter test time than white-on-white perimetry.
