青岛市三甲医院护士团结度与工作绩效相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨青岛市三级甲等(三甲)医院护士团结度与工作绩效的关系。方法采用便利取样法,抽取青岛市3所三甲医院的护士280名,采用护士团结度量表和工作绩效问卷进行调查,并应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计处理。结果护士团结度得分为(83.38±9.79)分,工作绩效得分为(85.86±9.63)分,团结度与工作绩效呈正相关关系(r=0.647,P<0.01);回归分析显示,控制护士的一般因素后,情感团结和学术团结可以解释护士工作绩效的45.9%。结论临床管理者应根据护士团结度中的不足,制定相关的改进措施,增强护士间的团结度,从而提高护士的工作绩效。 Objective To investigate the correlation between colleague solidarity and job performance among nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals in Qingdao,China. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 280 nurses from three grade A tertiary hospitals in Qingdao.Colleague Solidarity of Nurses' Scale and Job Performance Questionnaire were used for investigation,and SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The colleague solidarity score was 83.38±9.79 and the job performance score was 85.86±9.63,and colleague solidarity was positively correlated with job performance(r=0.647,P0.01).A regression analysis showed that after adjustment for general factors,emotional solidarity and academic solidarity accounted for 45.9% of job performance. Conclusion Clinical managers should focus on the shortcomings of colleague solidarity among nurses and adopt effective measures to enhance solidarity and improve job performance.
