基于高等教育滞胀率的体育院校专业评估实证研究——以北京体育大学为例

An Empirical Study on Specialty Assessment in Sports Colleges Based on the Stagflation Rate of Higher Education:Case Study of Beijing Sport University

为回应审核评估背景下高校内部专业评估体系完善诉求,提升体育院校专业评估实效,借鉴综合反映高等教育效率、效益、质量和机制的高等教育滞胀率概念及其评估测度模型,采用文献资料法、专家咨询法和实地调查法,针对体育院校专业建设特征,设计了基于高等教育滞胀率测度的指标体系,并以北京体育大学为样本,从效率、效益、质量和机制4方面实证分析了其专业教育滞胀程度。结果表明,北京体育大学各专业已显露教育滞胀征兆,且自主管理机制问题最为突出,但尚未影响整体发展,应及时根据引发滞胀的病理分析,有侧重地解决投入、产出与运行管理问题。对完善体育院校专业评估方案、深入挖掘专业建设问题,具有重要理论价值和实践参考意义。

In order to revise index system of specialty evaluation and improve the effectiveness of specialty assessment in sports colleges under the background of the audit evaluation,this study designed index system of specialty evaluation with sports specialty evaluation characteristics in sports colleges based on stagflation rate of higher education and evaluation mode that reflect efficiency,benefit,quality and mechanism of higher education,by the methods of literature review,expert interview and field investigation.Taking Beijing Sport University as a sample,this paper analyzed the degree of stagflation of specialty education from four aspects： efficiency,efficiency,quality and mechanism.The results showed that the signs of stagflation of specialties in Beijing Sport University have showed up,and problem of self-management system is the most prominent,but it has not yet affected the overall development.We should focus solutions to the input,output and operation management issues according to caused mechanism of stagflation.This research had great theoretical value and practical significance to perfect specialty assessment program and dig into the major construction issues in sports colleges.
