当代女性与中国社会治理

Contemporary Women and Social Governance in China

社会治理是国家治理的重要组成部分,而女性作为社会治理的重要主体,在创新社会治理、改进社会治理方式上具有重要作用。社会治理的"调和"、"多元"、"互动"等特征,决定了女性是参与社会治理的重要力量。当前,我国女性在参与社会治理方面已经取得了长足进步,参与领域不断拓展,参与方式日趋多元,参与机制不断健全,参与水平不断提高。但女性参与社会治理仍面临着一些问题与困境,要解决这些问题,必须健全和完善女性参与社会治理的法律制度,建立女性参与社会治理的能力培训机制,加强女性干部的发现、培养、选拔及任用,加强女性社会组织建设,提升女性参与社会治理的自觉意识。

Social governance is an important part of State governance. As an important body of social governance,women play an important role in innovating social governance and improving way of social governance. The characteristics of social governance, such as harmony, variety and interaction, determine that women are an important force in participating in social governance. At present, Chinese women have made great progress in participating in social governance, such as the participation areas continue to expand, the participation ways increasingly become diversified, participation mechanisms continue to improve, and participation levels continue to enhance. But there are still some problems and difficulties in women＇s participation in social governance. To solve these problems, we must perfect and improve the legal regulations for women to participate in social governance, establish capability training mechanism for women to participate in social governance, strengthen the discovery, training, selection and appointment of female cadres, cultivate and strengthen the construction of female social organizations, enhance women＇s self-conciousness of participating in social governance.
