社会性别视角下陪读对农村妇女的影响——以四川省泸州市B镇为例 被引量:7

摘要 以四川省泸州市B镇为例,解读从乡到镇的小范围迁移下陪读对农村妇女的影响,发现妇女成为陪读家长的主力军,对农村妇女的影响呈现出积极和消极两个方面。但无论是积极影响还是消极影响,都强化了"男主外,女主内"的社会性别分工,导致农村妇女走出家庭、再次就业困难重重。在自我感受方面,农村妇女对陪读持肯定态度,但面临着陪读和就业难以兼顾的矛盾。教育资源的分配不均和传统的性别分工是陪读妈妈现象产生的根源。因此在宏观层面应进一步关注和加强农村教育,倡导性别平等;在微观层面应将对陪读妈妈的服务纳入专业的社会工作之中,通过积极开展农村妇女职业技能培训、为农村家庭提供儿童服务等方式,帮助农村妇女实现自我发展。 This research is based on the accompanied studying mother in town B of Sichuan Province to explore the significant meaning for the accompanied studying mothers. Research finds that the results have two sides, which are active side and inactive side. However, results strengthen the roles of"outer-man and inner-woman"and cause many difficulties for women to return to work. In addition, mothers have positive attitudes to their behavior of accompanied studying, but they are in dilemma of childcare and work. In this situation, it is supposed to help mothers realize self-development by advocating the concept of gender equality, organizing the vocational training and providing childcare service.
