摘要
随着日本劳动力市场出现雇佣形态多样化、雇佣流动化的趋势,非正规就业的规模不断扩大,成为女性就业的主要模式。为解决非正规就业女性工资收入低、福利待遇不完善等问题,日本不断进行制度创新和政策调整,通过政策引导企业从劳动条件、工资福利待遇、教育培训等人事制度层面,消除非正规就业面临的经济和社会问题。日本的经验说明,要消除就业领域的性别不平等,保护非正规就业女性的权利,需要政府和企业共同承担,多方努力构建非正规就业女性的社会保护网,为女性营造良好的就业环境。
Informal employments have expanded recently due to the trend of mobility in employment. In order to solve the problem of low wage and imperfect welfare in such informal employment, Japan adopts certain policies to eliminate all kinds of unequal treatment such as working conditions, wages, education that the informally employed women faced. Japan's experiences show that to protect women in informal employment and remove gender inequality, the government and the enterprises need to join hands in constructing a network for the protection of women in informal employment.
