HIF-1α、CRP在溃疡性结肠炎患者血清中表达的意义

Significance of HIF-1α and CRP expression in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的:分析低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)在溃疡性结肠炎患者血清中表达的意义。方法:选取我院90例溃疡性结肠炎患者,其中69例活动期者为活动组,21例缓解期者为缓解组,另选40例体检健康者为对照组。采用ELISA法测定3组研究对象血清HIF-1α、CRP水平,同时对活动组患者进行肠镜检查,并对其病情严重程度进行评估。结果:活动组血清HIF-1α、CRP水平均高于缓解组(t=2.89、3.12,均P<0.05),且均高于对照组(t=2.96、2.76,均P<0.05);而缓解组血清HIF-1α、CRP水平较对照组均无明显差异(t=0.74、0.35,均P>0.05)。血清HIF-1α、CRP水平与活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度(r=0.71、0.63)、内镜表现分级(r=0.76、0.69)均存在显著相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:血清HIF-1α、CRP表达与溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度及内镜表现分级密切相关,提示HIF-1α、CRP均可能在溃疡性结肠炎发生、发展过程中发挥显著作用,二者联合检测可作为评估溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度的重要指标。

Objective： To analyze the significance of serum hypoxia inducible factor- 1α （ HIF- 1α） and C- reactive protein （CRP） expression in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods： Ninety cases of ulcerative colitis patients in our hospital were selected as research subjects, of whom 69 patients in active stage and 21 patients in remission stage were respectively divided into active group and relief group. Another 40 healthy controls were used as control group. The levels of serum HIF-lot and CRP in the three groups were measured by ELISA. Colonoseopy was performed on the active group and the severity of the disease was assessed. Results： The levels of serum HIF- 1α and CRP in the active group were higher than those in the relief group（t =2.89, 3.12, P 〈0.05） and those in the control group （ t = 2.96, 2.76, P 〈 0. 05 ） , while the levels of serum HIF-1 and CRP in no significant differences in comparison with the control group （ t =0. 74, 0. 35, P 〉 0. 05 ）. HIF-1α and CRP were significantly correlated with the relief group showed The serum levels of severity of the disease （ r = 0. 71, 0. 63 ） and endoscopic grading （r =0.76,0.69 ） in patients with ulcerative colitis（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expression of serum HIF- 1α and CRP is closely related to the severity and endoscopic grading of ulcerative colitis, suggesting that HIF- 1α and CRP may play a significant role in the development and progression of ulcerative colitis. Combined detection of HIF-1α and CRP can be used as important indexes to evaluate the severity of ulcerative colitis
