炭化时间对长、短绒棉基生物炭性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了实现新疆棉秆资源的循环利用,将棉秆制备成了对南疆沙化土壤具有改良作用的生物炭。文章以棉花秸秆为原料制备棉秆基生物炭,研究炭化时间对长绒棉基生物炭和短绒棉基生物炭的产率、含水率、pH值、碘吸附值和持水能力的影响。研究结果表明:长绒棉基生物炭的产率和pH值比短绒棉基生物炭大,含水率和碘吸附值却比短绒棉基生物炭小;当炭化时间为4 h时,两种生物炭的产率相差不大,短绒棉基生物炭的pH值比长绒棉基生物炭小,短绒棉基生物炭的持水能力更强。因此,短绒棉基生物炭有望解决南疆沙化土壤持水能力差的问题。 In order to realize the recycling of cotton stalk resources in Xinjiang, the cotton stalk was prepared as biochar to improve the effects on the desertification soil in southern Xinjiang.In the article, biochar were prepared based on cotton stalk, effects of carbonization time were studied on the biochar yield based on long and short staple cotton, moisture content, pH, iodine adsorption value and water holding capacity. The results showed that both biochar yield and pH of biological carbon based on long staple cotton were larger than short staple cotton, but the moisture content and the iodine adsorption value were opposite.When the carbonization time was 4 h, both biochar yields were little different. The biochar pH of short staple cotton was lower than long staple cotton, and the water holding capacity of biochar based on short staple cotton was strongest.Therefore, the biochar based on short staple will be expected to solve the problem of soil salinity and water holding capacity of desertification in southern Xinjiang.
