无水氯化镁颗粒电解法制镁的工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 察尔汗盐湖随着钾资源的不断开发利用,同时产生了大量含有33%的氯化镁废液老卤,这不但造成了盐湖资源的浪费,而且给周边环境带来了极大压力。现通过适合盐湖自身的生产工艺技术将氯化镁老卤经过精制、脱水工艺制备成无水氯化镁颗粒,再通过气力输送系统将无水氯化镁颗粒送往通有426KA直流电的电解槽当中进行电解,生产出符合客户需求的熔融金属镁以及副产品氯气。这样不仅有利于提高产品的附加值,更能实现盐湖资源的综合利用与效益的最大化,促进盐湖循环经济产业链的延伸。 With the continuous development and utilization of potassium resources,the Saline Lake produced a cons iderable amount of 33% tons of magnesium chloride wasted water, which not only caused wastage of the Saline Lake resources, but also brought great pressure to the surroundings.The production of the technology of the Saline Lake fo r the magnesium chloride brine after refining, dehydration process of preparation of anhydrous magnesium chloride p articles, electrolytic cell through the pneumatic conveying system of anhydrous magnesium chloride particles to the generic 426KA DC electrolysis, molten metal magnesium production to accord with customer demand as well as byproduct of chlorine. This will not only help us in increasing the added value of the products, but also realizing the comprehe nsive utilization of the Saline Lake resources and maximizing the benefits, and promoting theextension of the industrial chain of the circular economy in the Saline Lake.
