基于平行轴定理的轻质金属偏心曲轴转动惯量计算

摘要 本文通过对偏心曲轴模型的简化,结合质量均匀分布物体形心与质心相重合原理,多次运用平行轴定理计算偏心曲轴的转动惯量,进而得出理论结果。同时通过动力学分析软件ADAMS仿真验证,证实了该理论结果的可靠性,因而该计算方法准确度高、实用。 By simplifying the eccentric crankshaft model, combined with the quality of uniform distribution of object poid and centroid coincide principle, repeated use of inertia parallel axis theorem to calculate the moment of inertia of the eccentric crankshaft, then obtains the theoretical results. At the same time, the reliability of the theoretical results is verified by the simulation results of the dynamic analysis software ADAMS. Therefore, this method is accurate and practical.
