高精度雷管预裂爆破技术在曼家寨采场应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 云南华联锌铟股份有限公司曼家寨露天采场东帮的岩性主要为表面红色粘土层、下部为风化石英云母片岩,在采剥过程中,由于上部岩体过于风化破碎、岩层裂隙发育、各级结构面均比较发育,特别是断层、层间滑动带及软弱岩层的存在,加上雨水的影响致使采场多处发生不同程度规模的滑坡,其中以采场东北角上(1110~1150标高)滑坡现象较为严重,直接影响着采场的剥离进度以及到界边坡的稳定性。为保证边坡稳定,在原预裂爆破的基础上,重新优化预裂孔的起爆器材及起爆方式,采用高精度雷管开展预裂爆破,则可根据现场岩性和孔网参数的变化按照要求及时调整设置雷管延时,降低爆破振动和改善爆破效果。 Yunnan Hualian zinc indium Limited by Share Ltd Manjiazhai pit east slope of the lithology is the surface layer, the lower part is red clay weathering quartz mica schist, in the stripping process, because the upper rock weathering rock fissures, too, at all levels of structural plane were developed, especially the faults and interlayer sliding belt and the presence of soft rock, and the influence of rain in stope occurred many different scale landslide, the stope in the northeast corner(1110 ~ 1150 elevation) landslide is a serious phenomenon, directly affect the stope in stripping degree and the stability of the slope to the community. In order to ensure the stability of the slope, based on the original pre splitting blasting, re optimization of blasting equipment pre splitting hole and initiation way, using high precision detonator to carry out pre splitting blasting, can according to the change of Field Lithology and pore network parameters in accordance with the requirements of the timely adjustment of setting of detonator delay blasting, reduce vibration and improve the blasting effect.
