摘要
为获得高速列车车体铝合金型材传热系数,建立四种不同的仿真计算方法,并将所得计算结果与试验测试值对比。计算结果表明,仿真计算过程中可以忽略铝合金型材与其空腔内的空气之间的对流换热,并且采用复合材料铺层简化法在ABAQUS中建立铝型材的等效模型,在降低计算规模的同时,计算结果合理可靠,满足工程计算要求。
Four different simulation calculation methods are designed for obtain heat transfer coefficient of aluminum alloy profile for carbody of high-speed train. The result is compared with the experimental one. The result shows that convection heat transfer between air in cavity and profile can be ignore during simulation calculation. The method of building the composite material equivalent model of aluminum alloy profile in ABAQUS can reduce the computational scale. The result is also reasonable and reliable, which can meet the need of engineering calculation.
