摘要 铝合金产品种类众多,具有很多优点,但其也存在某些问题,如在加工过程中,材料本身性质、残余应用、切削道具等设置不当,制备的零件容易产品形变,严重影响产品质量,甚至使零件报废。本文从铝合金加工变形因素、分析手段和变形控制措施等方面进行简单介绍。 Aluminum alloy has many advantages, but it also has some problems, such as in the processing process, the improperly set of the nature of the material itself, the residual application and cutting props. The above factors will lead to easy parts deformation of the product, seriously affecting the quality of products, and even scrap the parts. This article will give a brief introduction from the aluminum alloy deformation factors, analysis methods and deformation control measures.
