摘要
某框架-剪力墙结构高层办公楼,部分框架柱不落地,采用跨越4~6层共2层层高的叠层桁架在建筑底部形成跨度25.2m的转换构件,采用转换梁在接近建筑顶部的19层形成另一转换。采用小震振型分解反应谱法分析、小震弹性时程分析、大震弹塑性时程分析、独立转换桁架分析、转换层楼板应力分析等方法对整体结构以及结构关键部位的性能进行了较为细致的分析,探讨了叠层转换桁架的结构受力特性,说明了叠层桁架是一种性能较优的转换结构形式,阐明了带有叠层转换桁架的高层结构设计要点。
In a high-rise office building with frame-shear wall structure,part of the frame columns do not fall to the foundation. A 2-storey-depth duplex truss which strides over the 4 ^(th) to 6 ^(th) floor is utilized as a 25. 2 m-span transfer member in the lower part of the building,and transfer beams are utilized as transfer members in the 19 ^(th) floor near the top of the building. A detailed analysis was conducted on the overall structure and key parts of the structure using methods of mode decomposition response spectrum method under frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake,elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake, analysis of transfer truss as a independence structure,and stress analysis of transfer-storey floor. The structural mechanical behavior of duplex transfer truss was discussed to show that the duplex transfer truss is a better type of transfer structure,and the design points of the high-rise structure with duplex transfer truss were expounded.
