本文针对法律语境中的"事实"问题通过语义分析,指出了其在实践、认识和证明三种人类活动领域中的不同要义,以期达到在证据或证明活动方式中对"事实"的正确定位和实际正确运用。

In this paper, according to the ＂fact＂ problem in the legal context, through the semantic analysis,it points out its different meanings in the practice, cognition and proof of three kinds of human activities in order to reach out to the evidence or prove the correct positioning and the actual correct use in the active way.
