反贪反腐工作历来是我党工作的重心,而对职务犯罪案件的查处却困难重重。究其原因无非主要是物证少、口供难获取。职务案件犯罪嫌疑人有着独特的主体身份和心理特征,这是讯问难点的症结所在,同时也是突破其心理防线的关键依据。在反贪反腐工作的新形势下,如何剖析职务案件犯罪嫌疑人独特的犯罪心理,如何部署针对性的讯问策略,如何运用恰当的讯问技巧,是职务犯罪案件研究的重点。
