临床药师医嘱优化干预手段研究进展

临床医师对患者开展药物治疗时,因病情复杂以及患者群体数量庞大等因素影响,会存在一些用药不合理及用药差错的现象,由此造成的药品不良反应事件会严重影响患者的用药安全,并降低临床治疗效果。为减少此类问题的发生,国内外医疗机构借助临床药师并结合医疗机构自身情况特点开展了多种针对不同阶段、不同介入手段、不同科室、不同患者人群以及不同疾病的干预措施探索,取得了明显效果。此外,临床药师在医嘱优化干预工作中了解了更多的临床医疗知识,使干预工作能更加准确的开展。

Due to the complicated condition and the large number of patients, clinicians may have errors in medication, the adverse drug reactions of which can seriously affect the safety of the patients and reduce the clinical effect. To reduce such problems, domestic and foreign medical institutions are exploring the intervention measures for different stages, different approaches, different departments, different patient populations and different diseases through clinical pharmacists combining the characteristics of the medical institutions themselves, which has achieved obvious effect. In addition, the clinical pharmacists have learned more clinical medical knowledge from the intervention into the doctor＇s orders, making the intervention more accurate.
