伦理与制度契合的理论误区与现实路径

Theoretical Misunderstanding of the Combination of Ethics and System and Its Realistic Approaches

由于中国传统社会中普遍存在的泛道德主义思维的影响,有学者试图用制度与伦理简单融合的方法,来解决中国社会转型时期出现的伦理问题和制度问题。这种思维方式对于社会生活中制度和伦理关系的分析过于简单化,无论对于道德建设还是制度建设,都会产生消极的影响。在中国社会的发展和完善中,应当科学权衡伦理与制度的功能优势和缺陷,克服泛道德主义的思维,实现伦理与制度的辩证统一、道德建设与制度建设的共同进步。

Because of the pervasive moral thought in traditional Chinese society, some scholars try to integrate the system with ethics in a simple way to solve the problems of ethics and system in the period of China＇ s social transformation. The analysis of the relationship between system and ethics is too simple in the concept of institutional ethics, which will produce a negative influence on both the con- struction of system and the moral construction. In the development and improvement of Chinese society, it is necessary to weigh the functional advantages and disadvantages of ethics and system scientifically ; to overcome the thought of pan-moralism ; and to realize the dialectical unity of ethics and system and common progress of moral and system construction.
