摘要 为了研究WSS双重管无收缩注浆工艺在盾构端头井加固中的应用,以无锡地铁1号线火车站站南盾构端头井加固工程为背景,对WSS双重管无收缩注浆工艺在软土地层超前加固中的应用进行了分析.结果表明,WSS双重管无收缩双液注浆工艺,能有效地控制了端头井处的地表沉降,保证了既有结构的安全,适合于地铁施工中特级风险源区域的地层加固.采用WSS双重管无收缩注浆工艺是保证盾构能够成功通过沪宁城际铁路正线的重要措施. In order to study the WSS double pipe non-shrinkage grouting technology in the application of shield end well reinforcement,base on the reinforcement engineering in Wuxi south railway station of metro line 1,end well for WSS double pipe non-shrinkage grouting technology in the application of advanced reinforcing soft soil layer is introduced in detail.Results show that WSS double pipe non-shrinkage double fluid grouting technique can effectively control the end well the surface subsidence,can guarantee the safety of the structure and is especially suitable for the complex conditions of super risk source areas in subway construction formation.Using WSS double tube grouting is the guarantee of shield succeeding in Shanghai-Nanjing intercity railway trunk line.
