Management innovation and practice of young volunteers in scientific research institutes under the new normal conditions

我国科研院所的志愿者团队在近10年的发展实践中取得了不少成效。青年志愿者承担着科研智库社会化责任,在助推和谐社会创建方面起着重要作用。针对目前科研院所青年志愿者的发展困境,从机制完善、平台建设、项目建设、思想引领等方面提出了改进对策与建议。

The volunteer teams in Scientific research institutes has made a lot of achievements in the development of nearly 10 years of practice. Young volunteers shoulder the social responsibility of scientific research think tanks, and play an important role in boosting the establishment of a harmonious society. In view of the current development of young volunteers in scientific research institutions, the paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of mechanism improvement, platform construction, project construction and ideoloeical euidance.
