数字化体育档案管理的有效途径探析

An Analysis on the Effective Ways of Digitizing Sports Archives Management

当前,我们的生产和生活已经离不开数字化,在人们强烈的需求下,推动数字化技术有了一个快速的发展。实际上数字化技术不仅能够为我们的工作和生活带来极大的便利,还能够在其他方面做出很大的贡献。比如现在档案管理中已经逐渐开始运用数字化手段,这一技术的作用和价值得到了极大的发挥。对档案开展数字化技术管理,一方面能够大大提高档案管理的工作效率和质量,另一方面还能对我国档案事业的可持续、长远发展产生促进作用。笔者就现在高校体育档案管理的发展现状和存在问题进行了分析,并对数字化体育管理的意义和做法进行了探索,希望可以对数字化体育档案管理有更深入的了解,并能对这方面的研究产生参考作用。

At present, our production and life has been inseparable from the digitizing technology, and there was a rapid develop- ment in digitizing technology with people＇ s intensive demand. In fact, digital technology can not only bring great convenience for our work and life, but also can make a great contribution in other areas. For example, now the file management has begun to use digital measures gradually, the function and value of this technology has been played a great role in our life. On the one hand, this technology can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of file management, and on the other hand, it can promote the sustainable and long-term development of archives business in China. The author analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the current sports ar- chives management in colleges and universities, and explored the meaning and practice of the digitizing sports archives management, and hoping this paper can help people understand the digital sports file management better and play a reference function in studies on this aspect.
