幸福感视域下的共享发展研究综述——以“中国最幸福的省份”为例

The Summary of Shareable Development Research in The Happiness Horizon——Take The Happiest Province in China for Example

安徽曾于2014年获得"中国最幸福的省份"美誉。安徽省四个城市同时进入"中国幸福城市20强"是难能可贵的。安徽在十三五时期,坚持在"五大发展理念"即"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"指引下,实施"五大发展行动计划":创新发展行动、协调发展行动、绿色发展行动、开放发展行动、共享发展行动,进一步推进共享发展,不断增强群众的获得感、幸福感。在实施共享发展行动中,不断补齐民生工程短板,打赢脱贫攻坚战役,促进创业就业,健全社会保障体系,推进健康安徽建设,实现教育现代化,扩大公共文化供给,深化平安安徽、法治安徽建设,物质层面切实增强人民获得感,精神层面提升人民愉悦感,最终落实在人民幸福指数能更上一层楼上。

Anhui province achieved distinction of the happiest province in China in 2014. It was valuable that four cities of Anhui became the top 20 happiest cities in China in the meantime. During China＇s -13th Five-Year Plan, Anhui insisted the guidance of five development concepts which included Innovation, Coordination, Green, Open and Share to carry out five development action＇s plan. The plan is about Innovation Development Action, Coordination Development Action, Green Development Action, Open Development Action and Share Development Action which aims to promote shareable development and increase the masses＂ sense of gain and happi- ness. During the implement of the sharcable development action, we should make up the shortage of livelihood projects, win the attack- ing battle out of poverty, promote business and employment, improve the social security system, impel the construction of healthy An- hui, realize the modernization of education, expand the supply of the cultural product, deepen our construction of Anhui＇s safeness and judicial system, increase people＇s sense of gain in material level and the sense of joviality in spiritual level and finally put them into the augment of people＇s happiness index.
