服务旅游经济,培养旅游英语应用型人才

Serve for Tourism Economy, Cultivate Practical Talent for Tourism English

最近几年,我国处于经济高速发展的阶段,其中带动经济发展的一个重要因素就是旅游业的发展。它成为了我国目前社会经济发展新的增长点,并开拓了新的旅游服务市场。作为带动经济发展的重要产业,旅游业在经济发展进程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。伴随着旅游业的兴旺和发达,旅游业对高级别的旅游教育、旅游人才,尤其是英语应用型旅游人才的需求可以说是大势所趋,也是今后人才培养必须重点发展的方向。本文从旅游行业的现状、旅游人才培养开发中存在的问题入手,提出旅游人才培养的对策和措施。

In recent years, our country is at the high-speed development of economy period, one of the important factors which leads to economic development is the development of tourism. It becomes a new growth point in the current economic and social development and expands a new market about tourism service. As an important industry which promote the economic development, tourism plays a more and more important role in the process of the economic development. With the prosperity of the tourism, the demands of high-lev- el tourism education and tourism talents, especially the applied tourism talents, has greatly increased due to trends. It＇ s necessary to cultivate talents in this important direction from now on. This article started from the status of the tourism and some issues during the talent cultivation and development, and gave some countermeasure on the tourism talent cultivation.
