基于日企人才需求的高校日语教学方向分析

摘要 素质教育理念的提出和深入运用为我国的教育行业注入了新活力,它要求教师将学生作为教学主体,以提升学生综合素养为目标,为社会发展提供具备良好实践能力的人才。在这一理念下,高校日语教学应该深入调查和分析日企人才需求,从而明确教学目标,最终制定符合社会发展需求和学生个性需求的教学方向。全球化经济的发展要求各国加强商业联系,中日经济贸易逐渐增多,在这一背景下,高校为社会提供复合应用型日语专业人才,具有重要意义。本文首先分析了当前中国市场中日企对日语专业人才的需求,进而结合教育现状提出了不足之处,然后提出了当前日语教学发展方向,并结合实际教学活动提出了符合该方向的教学模式和教学评价体系。 With the proposal of quality education concept and its further use, the education Industry in China gains new encrgy It demands teachers to put students as the main teaching body, aiming at improving students' comprehensive quality to provide talents with good practical ability for the social development. Based on this concept, Japanese teaching in colleges and universities should investi- gate further and analyze about the demands for Japanese Talents, so that to clear teaching objectives and finally determine the teaching direction that meets not only social development needs but also student' s individuality requirement. Under the background of global economy development requesting countries to strengthen business ties and economic and trade between China and Japan gradually in- creasing, it' s of great significance for colleges and universities to provide a compound type of Japanese professional for the society. This article first analyzes the current Chinese market between China and Japan on the demand for professional talents of Japanese en- terprises, and combining with the education present situation proposed the deficiency, and then put forward the development direction of current Japanese teaching, and combined with the practical teaching activities proposed in accordance with the direction of teaching mode and teaching evaluation system.
