The Analysing And Guiding Strategy of College's Career Planning Tendency in Foreign Language Majors

本文通过调查国内三所外国语大学学生职业生涯规划倾向、外语类相关专业学生职业生涯规划书、就业岗位,归纳出目前外语类高校大学生职业生涯规划存在四种倾向特点,并从学校、学生管理部门、教师、学生个体四个层面提出对策,提升其职业生涯规划有效性,帮助实现外语类人才的价值。

The article summed up four tendency features of college＇s career planning tendency in foreign language majors by doing a survey of students from three foreign-language universities in our country about their career planning tendency, foreign-language-ma- jor students＂ career planning and the employment position. Then the article proposed countermeasures in the aspect of school, student administration, teacher and student to improve the availability of career planning and help achieve foreign language talents＂ value.
