Question Closely on the Ethics Necessity of the Maker of Technical Risk

技术风险已经成为现代社会危害最大、影响最广的潜在源头。技术主体作为技术的建构者和技术风险的制造者,当然应该对其制造的技术风险承担伦理责任。同时,由于技术主体又具备独有的认知、评估和解决技术风险的能力,需要继续追问他们的伦理应然性。

Technical risk has become the potential source in modern society which has the most harmful and the widest influence.Technical subject,as the construction of technology and the maker of technical risk,should bear the ethical responsibility which has made the technical risk.Meanwhile,because of technical subject has the unique ability to cognition,evaluation and solve the technical risk,it of course needs to question closely on their ethics necessity.
