摘要
研究家庭背景对不同年代教师的影响有重要价值。以问卷调查法为主,文献分析法及访谈法为辅,选取广东省某市156名教师作为对象,研究发现:教师父母亲受教育程度普遍不高,母亲受教育程度比父亲低;教师父母亲职业比较单一,职业地位较低的农民、工人占的比例较大;不同年代的教师,家庭背景存在显著差异;选择教师职业受其家庭背景重要影响;家庭背景优劣影响教师教育观念呈现;家庭所处阶层不同,教师的工作满意度也不同,家庭背景越差的教师,工作满意度越高;教师的自信心以及教师综合能力也均受其影响。
Study theinfluence of family background on different s teachers have important value.It is given priority to with questionnaire investigation,literature analysis method and interview method,156 teachers in city of GuangDong province as the object,the study found that:teachers parents level of education is generally not high,the mother level of education is lower than the father;Professional teachers parents is single,lower occupational status of peasants,workers accounted for the proportion of larger;Significant difference exists among teachers of different's family background;Choose the teacher career is influenced by his family background is important;Family background rendering quality influence teachers' education idea;Family are in class,the teacher's job satisfaction is different also,family background,the worse the teacher,the higher the job satisfaction;Teachers of self-confidence and comprehensive abilities are also influenced by it.
