A Review on the Theories of Internet Governance of XI Jin-ping

党的十八大以来,习近平就互联网治理发表了一系列新观点、新论断、新主张,形成了独具特色的互联网治理思想。国内学者基于习近平同志系列讲话精神,从互联网治理的战略意义、互联网治理面临的挑战、互联网治理的具体策略等视角进行了深入研究,形成了内涵丰富、体系明确、角度多维的理论成果。随着互联网事业的不断发展以及互联网治理理论的日渐丰富,对习近平互联网治理思想的研究亦将呈现体系化与重点突破相结合、具体化与国际化相演进的研究趋向。

Since the opening of the 18^(th) National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jin-ping has introduced a series of new views,new ideas and new propositions,which constitute unique theories of Internet governance. Based on the spirits of speeches of Comrade Xi Jin-ping,domestic scholars have explored deeply into different perspectives, including the strategic significance,challenges and specific strategies of Internet governance. Hence, theoretical results that are informative, clearly structured and multi-dimensional in nature have been achieved. With the ongoing development of Internet and increasing abundance of Internet governance theory,researches on Xi's ideas on Internet governance will accordingly combine systematization with key breakthrough,specification with Internationalization.
