提高干式磁选机分选效率生产实践

摘要 干式磁选抛尾工艺在磁铁矿山中已经得到了广泛应用。本文对矿物颗粒在干选过程中的受力情况进行分析,验证了在第三象限设置分矿装置的合理性。针对良山铁矿粉矿干选机在南方潮湿环境下的使用状况,在筒体表面增加清扫装置后抛废产率提高了19.33%,同时废石的品位指标也得到一定改善,筒体的使用寿命也明显提高。 Dry magnetic separation tailing process has been widely used in magnet mines. This paper analyzes the stress state of the mineral particles in the dry process,verify the rationality of setting up mine device in the third quadrant. According to the use of iron powder ore separator in the southern humid environment,dumping waste yield increased by 19. 33% after adding the cleaning device in the surface of the cylinder body,and the grade index of waste rock has also been improved. The service life of the cylinder body is obviously improved.
