摘要
针对HRB600高强度钢筋的性能要求,进行了化学成分和轧制工艺等开发设计,通过对HRB600钢筋产品生产过程的工艺参数、质量性能检验等数据进行采集和分析,摸索出生产HRB600高强钢筋的有效工艺路线,确保了钢筋产品质量性能合格。
According to the performance requirements of HRB600 high strength steel bar,the chemical composition and rolling process design are carried out and put into practice. The suitable and effective process are found out for HRB600 high strength steel bar through collection and analysis data of process parameter and quality performance teat to ensure the quality and performance of steel bar qualified.
