摘要
"医养结合"养老模式在我国还处于试点摸索阶段,要促其不断发展成熟,须完善有利于"医养结合"发展的组织体系,发挥好政府的指导监督职能,推进医保政策与"医养结合"相配合,鼓励医疗机构和养老服务机构的定向合作,吸纳社会力量参与发展"医养结合",加强人才队伍建设,建立网络服务平台不断提升服务水平,做好产品的服务与价格定位。
Medical raising combined with the pension model is still in the pilot stage in our country, to promote the development of mature, to improve medical support combined with the development of the organization system, the role of good government supervision and guidance functions, promote the health care policy combined with medical support combined with directional cooperation, encour- age medical institutions and pension services, attract social forces to participate in the development of medical support integration, strengthen the construction of talent team, establish a network service platform to improve the service level, good service and price posi- tioning products.
