福建地方特色旅游英语人才培养模式研究——以闽西为例

Study on the Training Mode of Tourism English Talents in Fujian——A Case Study of Minxi

地方特色人才培养是当今地方院校改革与发展亟待解决的重要问题之一,闽西旅游英语人才培养存在较大的不确定性,人才培养与具体岗位需求相脱节,毕业生不能很好地为闽西旅游经济服务。针对目前闽西旅游英语人才培养的现状及存在的问题,应从人才培养模式、课程设置、教学设计、师资队伍等几个方面对闽西地方特色旅游英语人才培养模式进行探讨,借此促进闽西高等教育和闽西地方经济社会的良性互动发展。

Local talent training is one of the important problems urgently to be solved in today＇s reform and development of local col- leges and universities. Owing to the uncertainty of the training of tourism English talents in Minxi, talent training is out of touch with the requirements of specific jobs, as a result, graduates can not well serve the tourism in Minxi. In view of the current situation and ex- isting problems of the training of tourism English talents in Minxi, the training mode of tourism English talents in Minxi should be dis- cussed from the following aspects： talent training mode, curriculum, teaching design and teachers, thereby to promote the interactive de- velopment of higher education and the local economy in Minxi.
