基于开放视野下的“慕课”对传统成人教育的启示──以青海广播电视大学为例

"慕课"是依托于互联网发展起来的一种新型的教育模式,它秉承着网络开放的特点,将教育资源的普及化、教育模式的改革化、教育效果的提升化和教育合作的推广化融于一体,为中国的成人教育带来了新的发展契机。借助开放的慕课,对当下成人教育中存在的"痼疾"进行改革,笔者从观念转变、学科建设与师资培训等几个方面提出一些探索性的尝试。
