高职高专电子商务专业学生分层施教研究

摘要 互联网的兴起推动了经济的繁荣,当前我国自贸区的建设日益扩大,然而电商人才十分稀缺,基于此,各大高职院校应强化该方面人才的储备和培养,为我国经济腾飞提供实践创新型的电商人才。由于学生知识基础、性格秉性各异,应采取因材施教循序渐进的分层教学模式来展开培养,让每个学生的潜能都得到充分的激发和调动,从而促使其各方面能力都得到更深层次的提升。本文简要说明当前电商教学状况,阐述分层施教,着重论述分层施教模式的具体实施策略。 the rise of the Internet to promote economic prosperity, the current construction of China's free trade area is expanding, but talent is very scarce, based on this, the higher vocational colleges should strengthen the talent pool and training, for the rapid devel- opment of China's economy to provide electric business innovative talents practice. Because of the students" basic knowledge, charac- ter is different, should adopt the hierarchical teaching mode with step by step to expand training, let each student have the potential to motivate and mobilize the full, so as to promote the ability to obtain a deeper level of ascension. This paper briefly expounds the stratifi- cation teaching, expounds the current electricity supplier teaching situation, and focuses on the specific implementation strategy of hier- archical teaching model.
