成人安氏Ⅱ~1类错不同垂直骨面型的颏部软组织头影测量分析 被引量:4

Cephalometric analysis of chin soft tissue on Angle Class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion with different vertical skeletal craniofacial patterns

摘要 目的探讨成人安氏Ⅱ~1类错不同垂直骨面型的颏部软组织特征。方法随机选取安氏Ⅱ~1类错成年患者为研究对象,根据下颌平面角分高角组34例、均角组34例、低角组34例,每组男女各17例,共计102例,年龄18~31岁,平均(22.84±3.78)岁。选取矫治前X线头颅侧位片进行头影测量,并进行组间比较。结果在软组织颏部形态上性别间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。不同垂直骨面型对软组织颏部的测量指标均有统计学差异,且差异主要在于高角组。颏唇沟深度(Bs-LLPos)从高角组到低角组依次增加,尤其是高角组的颏唇沟深度明显小于其他两组;颏部长度(LL-Pos)自高角至低角组逐渐降低,高角组颏部长度相对较长,低角组相对较短;高角组颏唇角(LL-Bs-Pos)、下颌颏角(Bs-Pos-Mes)相对较大;均角组E-LL、E-Bs、EPos、E-Mes及软组织颏部厚度相对于高、低角组较大。所有测试项目进行单因素方差分析在不同骨性分类患者中的差别都有统计学意义,P值均<0.05。结论不同垂直骨面型对安氏Ⅱ~1类错患者的颏部软组织形态有着显著影响。 Objective To investigate the difference of chin soft tissue profile on Angle Class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion with different vertical skeletal craniofacial patterns. Methods This study consisted of 102 adult patients with Angle Class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion,who were divided into three groups( 34 high angle,34 medial angle,and 34 low angle) based on FH-MP angle. The average age was( 22. 84 ± 3. 78) years. Their cephalometrics were measured and all data were analyzed by SPSS 13. 0 software. Results The gender on chin soft tissue showed no significant difference. Different vertical skeletal craniofacial patterns made significant differences to chin soft tissue and differences mainly existed in high angle group. When mandibular plane angle decreased,Bs-LLPos increased significantly and other measurement indexes exhibited the opposite trend. The differences had statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Different vertical skeletal craniofacial patterns make significant differences to chin soft tissue on Angle Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion.
