摘要
基于图书产品具备KANO模型包含的五种属性和三个层次需求,图书选题策划研究适用于KANO模型,本文运用KANO模型详细分析图书需求和属性确定方法,主要包括用思维导图评估用户对图书选题的需求,以及图书属性调研设计,进而提出KANO模型在图书选题策划中的使用原则和注意事项。
Book products have five attributes and three levels of requirements contained in the KANO model, and the KANO model is suitable for the study of book topic planning.
