Toni Morrisan's maiden work, The Bluest Eye, shows strong political sensitivity, which has always been the focus of the mainstream literature in the United States since it was published in 1969. The black female writers headed by Morrison led the third climax of American Black Literature. The novel depicted the story of two distinct black families - the family of Crabbe and the Claudia family, and the stories of a few pale black people to help black people, especially the female compatriots, to establish the correct aesthetic values and identify and construct their own identities in the social culture dominated by white culture.
