摘要
创业教育的本质是育人兴国,其目标是培养具有开创精神和创业能力的人才。文章通过文献分析法解读创业能力的内涵,从成分、要素、过程体现、学习进程四个维度剖析国外创业能力最新研究进展。我国高校应树立"广谱式"的创业教育价值观;将创新教育与创业教育有机衔接和融合;将创业能力培养作为创业教育的首要目标;精心设计模块化和课内外一体的创业教育课程体系;采取经验和行动导向的创业学习法;注重对创业能力培养效果的评价。
The essence of entrepreneurship education is to educate people and rejuvenate the country, and its goal is to develop talents possessing pioneering spirit and ability. Through literature analysis, this study interprets the connotation of entrepreneurship competence and analyzes the latest progress in research on entrepreneurship competence abroad from four dimensions: components, elements, processes and learning progress. Chinese universities should establish a "broad spectrum" type of en- trepreneurship education values, integrate innovation education into entrepreneurship education in an organic way, conceive entrepreneurship competence improvement as the primary objective of entrepre- neurship education, develop a well-designed curriculum system of entrepreneurship education which is modular and an integration of inside and outside classes, apply action-led and experience oriented teaching and learning approach, and finally focus on the evaluation of entrepreneurship effectiveness of students.
