摘要
调查研究发现,我国教育学学术型硕士研究生生源质量参差不齐;学生对课程设置、培养过程、培养模式的认同度都低于教师;在培养方案整体满意度与教学质量评价方面,师生之间、校际之间都存在差异;教师对招生方式与培养方案设置的认识比较混乱;学生普遍反映学术讲座频率低,教育实践缺乏,要求个别指导学习;论文发表与课外阅读是学生最大的压力。重新定位教育学硕士研究生的学术性质,优化招生生源,增加学术活动与教育实践,改革培养模式与教学方式,是提高本学科教育质量的根本。
The survey finds that the quality of pedagogy academic postgraduates is uneven. The studentst cognition of curriculum development, training process and training mode is lower than that of teachers. In terms of the overall cultivating satisfaction and teaching quality evaluation, there are differences between teachers and students and among universities. The teachers have confused recog- nition of the way to enroll new students and the design for the training plan. The students reflect gen- erally the low frequency of academic lectures, the lack of educational practice and require individual guidance to learn. In addition, publishing papers and extracurricular reading are the largest pressure to students. Repositioning the academic nature of pedagogy postgraduates, optimizing the students' enrollment, increasing the academic activities and educational practice and reforming the training mode as well as teaching methods are fundamental to improving the quality of the education in this disci- pline.
