提出一种无人化停车场管理新模式,并参照国外先进经验,结合互联网SAAS平台技术,打造全新的停车管理模式.该模式的理论意义是使停车管理产业由劳动密集型向科技密集型转变,实现停车管理"无人化,透明化,标准化,人性化";现实意义是提升停车管理行业服务水平,做到集约化、精细化管理,并提高管理收益.最后,通过介绍无忧停车管家端App构建思路,相关项目效益分析及实施案例总结,对无人化停车管理的发展现状进行阐述.

Traditional parking management modes are mainly based on manual operations. Even though significant improvements have been made to manual operations in the parking management,the industry has seen a trend towards automated parking management. Based on this background,this paper puts forward a new management model. Based on some advanced experience from other countries,it creates a new parking management model combining with the internet SAAS platform technology. The theoretical significance of the model turns the parking management industry from labor intensive to technology intensive,realizing an ＂unmanned,transparent,standardized,user-friendly＂parking management. The practical significance is to improve the service level of the parking management industry, achieve intensive and meticulous management. Finally,through the introduction of construction ideas of worry free parking—Housekeeper App,this paper expounds the development status of unmanned parking management by analyzing related project benefits and summing up implementation results.
